Will my insurance pay for Chiropractic or Physical Therapy?
We are a provider for BCBS, Medicare, Railroad Medicare, and Tricare(for PT only). The amount that your insurance pays is dependent on your specific policy benefit. Prior to your appointment we will verify your benefits and let you know what your portion will be. Many times, even if our office is not a provider with your insurance company, you may still have coverage. The amount you owe will be due each visit and prior to seeing Dr. Kuder.
What if I don't have insurance?
Payment is required in full for each appointment as services are rendered. Payment options are; Cash or Check. We do not accept Credit or Debit Cards.
How much does it cost?
The total cost will be dependent upon the procedures which are performed. If you would like a fee schedule please stop by or contact us and we will send you one.
Will I have to keep coming back over and over again?
With in the first 1-3 visits Dr. Kuder will know if his chiropractic techniques are going to be effective for you. Dr. Kuder will give his recommendations about a treatment plan if needed, but ultimately you will choose if and how often you would like to return.
Will I be charged for missed appointments?
We do not charge for missed appointments at this time, however, we do ask that if you are going to be late or can not make an appointment to contact us as soon as possible. If you are going to be late we may need to reschedule and if you are unable to come we would like the opportunity to fill your appointment time with another patient.
